1Capsular Contracture Occurs
Pain occurs from toughened breast when the capsula around the prosthetics thickens, contracts and presses the settled prosthetics.
Reborn > performed reoperation surgery when the inside of the breast has been toughened to the point of revealing the prosthetics.
The existing prosthetics are removed and either replaced or relocated.
After surgery, the breast is asymmetrical in size, caused by inadequate space for or movement of the prosthetics that resulted in inadequate exfoliation.
Reborn > performs reoperation with the most appropriate method after a precise examination.
3Unsatisfactory Size and/or Shape
Due to the unsatisfactory size or shape after first surgery, the upper breast needs to protrude, or the size of the breast needs to be enlarged or contracted.
Reborn > removes the existing prosthetics and either replaced or relocated it to correct the shape of the breast.
The content of the silicon bag inserted in the breast leaks out, and subsequently the volume of the prosthetics is reduced.
Reborn > A prosthetic made of saline solution causes no particular problem, as the solution absorbs into the body. But a silicon prosthesis needs to be thoroughly cleansed to remove the silicon, and replaced with another type of prosthesis.
